1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and 999jl.cam (hereinafter referred to as "999jl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 999jl online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, services, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the 999jl Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 999jl employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify multiple accounts associated with the same individual.

If we discover that you have opened or are operating more than one account, we reserve the right to close all accounts, void all wagers placed from such accounts, confiscate all winnings, and forfeit all funds in such accounts without prior notice.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999jl account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activities conducted using your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activities.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach, you must notify 999jl customer support immediately. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account protection.

3.2 Account Activity Monitoring

999jl reserves the right to monitor all account activity for security purposes, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. We employ advanced detection systems to identify suspicious patterns including but not limited to unusual betting behavior, deposit/withdrawal patterns, multiple accounts, and collusion with other players.

If suspicious activity is detected, we may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation. During this period, you will not be able to place wagers or request withdrawals until the investigation concludes.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

You may fund your 999jl account using the payment methods specified on the Platform, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, Philippine bank transfers via InstaPay, and cryptocurrency. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed during the deposit process.

Funds deposited into your 999jl account must belong to you personally. Depositing funds belonging to third parties or derived from illegal activities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

999jl does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. Deposits are typically credited to your account within seconds to minutes depending on the payment method selected.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified with identity documentation approved
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be completed
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for deposits unless otherwise agreed
• Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500 unless otherwise specified

999jl operates in strict compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to conduct due diligence checks on all Users and to request source of funds documentation for deposits exceeding certain thresholds. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

5.1 Promotional Offers

Users found to be abusing bonuses will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and their accounts may be permanently closed without refund of any remaining balance.

999jl makes no warranties or representations regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the accuracy of game information. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform or any services provided by 999jl is to discontinue using the Platform and close your account.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the 999jl Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of any rights of any third party
• Your use or misuse of the Platform
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration
• Any fraudulent or illegal activities conducted through your account

11. Account Suspension and Termination

999jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Platform at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Grounds for account suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
• Multiple account creation or operation
• Failure to provide requested verification documentation
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against 999jl
• Abusive behavior toward customer support staff or other players
• Extended period of account inactivity

Upon account termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases. If your account is terminated for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at 999jl's sole discretion.

14. Severability

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
